Where is KOBUDO?
Our shop is at 5-12-15 Wakamiya, Higashi-ku, Fukuoka 813-0036, Japan. It is right by the Nishitetsu bus stop Wakamiya-iriguchi. See our address and map.
When is the store open?
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday: 10:00–18:30. Saturday and Sunday: 10:00–18:00. We are closed on Wednesdays and Japanese national holidays. All times are Japan local time.
Should I contact you before visiting?
Please contact us ahead of time if you are coming with a group, need help with a particular item, or have limited time during your trip. Include your planned date, group size and what you would like to discuss.
Can I ask questions in English?
You can use our English contact form before your visit. If you would like assistance in English at the store, please ask in advance so we can confirm how we can help.
Can I collect an order during my trip to Japan?
Please ask before making travel or purchase arrangements. Include the items, quantities and your travel dates so we can check stock, preparation time and whether collection during your visit is possible.
Can I compare shinai at the store?
You can feel the grip and balance of shinai in person. If you want to see a particular model or size, contact us before your visit to check availability.
